Shipping Policy – Ènora
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Ènora. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Shipping Coverage
Ènora currently ships only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via India Post (Speed Post or other suitable postal services) depending on service availability and destination.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, postal network conditions, and external factors.
3. Order Processing Time
All products are handmade and prepared with care.
Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation.
Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated separately.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all orders above ₹2000.
A flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹2000.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location and are shown at checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected due to:
Postal delays
Weather conditions
Festivals, strikes, or public holidays
Unforeseen logistical issues
Ènora is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email, wherever applicable.
Please note:
Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.
7. Delivery Address Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details at the time of checkout.
Ènora will not be responsible for:
Delays
Non-delivery
Returned shipments
caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
8. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders
India Post generally makes multiple delivery attempts.
If an order is returned due to:
Customer unavailability
Incorrect address
Refusal to accept delivery
Re-shipping will be done only after additional shipping charges are paid by the customer.
9. Unserviceable Areas
In rare cases, certain pin codes may be non-serviceable by India Post.
If your location is found to be unserviceable:
You will be informed
A refund will be initiated after deducting applicable processing or shipping charges, if any
10. Damaged Products & Exchange Policy
Ènora does not accept returns or refunds.
However, if you receive a damaged product, the following conditions must be met for an exchange:
An unboxing video is mandatory, recorded clearly from the moment the package is opened
The video must show the sealed package and the damaged product clearly
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Once verified, a replacement product will be sent.
⚠️ No monetary refund will be provided under any circumstances.
11. Payment Mode
Ènora accepts online payments only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
12. Right to Modify Shipping Policy
Ènora reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
